January 7 - 11, 2027
Restart is not just a retreat — it is a journey back to who you truly are.
Over 5 transformative days in the heart of Brazil’s Chapada Diamantina mountains, you will step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space dedicated to deep healing, clarity, and inner discovery.
Through three traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, Kambô sessions, yoga, breathwork, meditation, sauna sessions, and integration circles, the retreat gently guides you inward — helping you reconnect with your truth, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover your authentic path.
Nature becomes an essential part of the journey. Eden Sanctuary is surrounded by the extraordinary landscapes of Chapada Diamantina, where nature is not just scenery but a constant presence supporting the process. During the retreat, we visit nearby rivers and waterfalls, allowing the freshness and power of these natural waters to cleanse, ground, and renew the body and mind.
Your stay is always held in comfort. Participants enjoy modern accommodation designed for rest and tranquility, along with nourishing meals prepared with fresh ingredients. Our kitchen offers wholesome, conscious food suitable for different dietary needs, helping support the body throughout the retreat experience.
Held by an experienced and caring team, Restart offers a safe, respectful space where ancestral wisdom meets modern self-development. Many participants describe this journey as a profound turning point in their lives.

What is Ayahuasca?
Ayahuasca is a sacred plant medicine traditionally prepared from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and the Psychotria viridis leaf. Used for centuries in Indigenous Amazonian traditions, it is known as a powerful tool for spiritual insight, emotional healing, and deep self-reflection.
The word Ayahuasca comes from the Quechua language and is often translated as “vine of the soul.”
During ceremonies, participants may enter states of heightened awareness and introspection. These experiences can help individuals gain clarity, process unresolved emotions, and reconnect with deeper aspects of themselves.
For many people, the experience becomes a catalyst for healing, personal insight, and meaningful transformation.
Benefits Reported by Participants
While each journey is unique, participants often report:
Greater emotional clarity and self-awareness
New perspectives on personal challenges
Processing of past emotional wounds
Reduced anxiety and improved inner balance
Renewed sense of purpose and direction
Greater connection with nature and life
While the experience can be challenging at times, many participants describe it as one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of their lives.
Participant Screening Process – Safety is our highest priority.
All participants complete a detailed intake form covering medical history, medications, and psychological background. This information is carefully reviewed by our team before participation is confirmed.
Individuals with contraindicated medical conditions (such as serious heart conditions, severe hypertension, or a history of psychosis) or those taking incompatible medications (such as certain antidepressants) cannot participate.
When necessary, follow-up conversations are conducted to ensure responsible participation.
Preparation Guidelines
Participants receive clear preparation guidelines before the retreat.
This includes a recommended preparation period involving dietary adjustments and lifestyle practices designed to support the ceremonial process. These preparations help align body, mind, and spirit with the work of the plant medicine and honor traditional Amazonian practices.
Participants also receive preparation materials to support emotional readiness and intention-setting.
Plant Medicine Sourcing
The Ayahuasca used in our ceremonies is prepared in the Amazonian community of Mapiá, following traditional methods and prayers by an experienced master brewer connected to the Santo Daime tradition.
We maintain a respectful and long-standing relationship with this lineage, ensuring ethical sourcing, sustainability, and fair reciprocity.
The medicine is handled with great care and reverence throughout the entire process.
Safety and Emergency Protocols
Our team includes members trained in first aid, and we maintain clear emergency procedures at all times.
The retreat location has access to nearby medical facilities, and transportation is available should urgent care ever be required.
Participants are informed about these protocols during the retreat orientation.
Integration Support
Integration is a fundamental part of the retreat experience.
During the retreat, participants take part in sharing circles and guided integration practices designed to help process and embody their experiences.
After the retreat, participants are invited to online integration sessions and can request additional one-on-one support if needed.
We also maintain a private online community where participants can stay connected and continue supporting each other on their path.
